Tuesday Motivation

Hey there!

I stumbled upon this video the other day while I was killing time on youtube.

What this guy said completely blew my mind! I thought it was awesome because it doesnt only apply to what hes talking about. It applies to every part of life.

Take a look and see what I mean.

 

Now what if you added your goal in there. Like lose weight, or build muscle. Lets see how your mindset shifts!

    I like to motivate myself by putting up pics of what my goal is in my office and home. Like a vision board

    Awesome!!!! I think vision boards are great! Theyre always reminding you of where and what you wanna do. The more you look and think about it, the more it will come to you. If you can see it in the mind, you can do it in the body.

    I have these pair of jeans, you know, kind-of like the “little yellow polka-dot bikini” that motivates me! I almost returned them to the store but my daughter and her Bestie are my biggest cheerleaders…one day at a time, right?!
